In 2018, we completed The Grid, a three-storey, 38-bed student accommodation in Headingley, Leeds.
Built on a tight former scrapyard, this project required careful planning from start to finish. The timber frame structure features red brick and dark grey cladding, creating a modern yet durable exterior.
Once our construction work was done, the client selected the final interior design elements, resulting in a comfortable and contemporary living space for students.
